Newly appointed Secretary of the club , taking over the batten from Henry. And also a vital member of the Road trials setting out team. Been around bikes all my life and my family's association with Manchester 17 goes back over 70 years with my Nanna, Doreen, and her 2nd husband David Rowland (who we run a national trial in memory of every year). Started riding cycle trials in my teen years making the top 10 in the British championship. Then took up an interest in photography which allowed me to travel following the Supermoto scene as well as writing for a number of Supermoto publications. Towards the end of my time in photography I was working part time for an agency which allowed me to venture into football photography.

 At the age of 30 I decided I wanted to have a go at trials and in my 1st season riding went from my 1st Dead Easy Trial to finishing the year riding the Northern Experts Trial.

 I think it's fair to say I live eat and breath trials and have a great passion for National trials (what I like to call "proper trials")
